Telecom Support Technician Level 2 Intermediate 

Professional Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Requires a thorough knowledge of Microsoft business applications and operating systems and Intel PC hardware.
  • Configure install and maintain business telephone Key and PBX VOIP Systems Avaya, Nortel, Samsung, Vertical
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems on desktop PCs at customer locations with Microsoft server domain networks.
  • configure and manage local area network routers firewalls and infrastructure.
  • develop and manage relations with new and existing customers

  • Good PC troubleshooting skills
  • Good customer relation skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • Self disciplined
  • Must be well organized with good time management
  • Ability to work without supervision

Education:

  • high school diploma
