Professional Skills and Responsibilities:

• Requires a thorough knowledge of Microsoft business applications and operating systems and Intel PC hardware.
• Administer install and maintain Linux, BES, Microsoft Exchange, SQL Servers
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems on desktop PCs at customer locations within Intel Microsoft network environments.
• develop and manage relations with new and existing customers
• manage IT infrastructure projects
