Remote Remedy now available

TRACS Managed Service agreement customers are enjoying the benefits of remote support and managed services.

This is a service provided to Managed Service customers. Remote monitoring software and control systems are installed at the customer location. If there is a warning such as mail service interruption or security alerts a technician is notified and has the tools installed to remotely service and remedy the alarms. What this means to you is that interruptions to business are prevented and repairs are made faster at a lower cost.
