VOIP Gateway

TRACS has been a Dialogic dealer for years and has recently added VOIP gateways from Quintum as well.

VOIP Gateways allow you to connect a VOIP phone system like Televantage or Response Point to your existing Public Switched Telephone Network using PRI Primary Rate ISDN or analog business lines POTS.

These work well with Vertical Televantage, Microsoft Office Communication Server or Microsoft Response Point. When you need more than 8 business lines and dozens of Direct Inward Dial numbers nothing delivers voice quality like PRI. The rates are now as low as IP Trunks but the quality and reliability is far superior. When you have a larger business application these gatweways offer excellent voice quality with the convenience of VOIP to your desktop.
