Project Management

TRACS offers professional Project Management to plan, budget and coordinate IT systems implementation moves and changes. We have a team of 12 certified technicians and accredited project managers to manage your IT system requirements. You will receive a letter of engagement outlining the scope of the project and a quoted budget. Upon acceptance, a project plan clearly stating the scope of work, goals and timelines, reporting intervals, completion milestones will be mutually accepted. Work will commence with status and change reporting. Upon completion there is a review and completion meeting and a closure acceptance agreement. We configure and implement high reliability servers and business class network infrastructure from HP, Intel and Dell, Watchguard, Cisco, Sonicwall and 3Com. Quality components from reliable suppliers ensures success during implementation and reliability after the project is complete. Server Installations

At TRACS we provide Information Technology technical support to the Calgary small and medium business community.

We support Microsoft Windows server environments from multi server domains to single small business server and workgroup environments. We support Email Exchange, SQL, Web, FTP, file and print servers. Blackberry enterprise server, and Blackberry mail integration with Exchange Server.

Remote Support

TRACS Managed Service agreement customers are enjoying the benefits of remote support and managed services.

This is a service provided to Managed Service customers. Remote monitoring software and control systems are installed at the customer location. If there is a warning such as mail service interruption or security alerts a technician is notified and has the tools installed to remotely service and remedy the alarms. What this means to you is that interruptions to business are prevented and repairs are made faster at a lower cost.
