IT Support Server Technician Senior

This career is a full time salary position that requires a thorough knowledge of Microsoft business applications, operating systems and server hardware. Responsible to administer install and maintain Microsoft Servers, SBS, Exchange, SQL, Oracle, BES, in virtual environments using VMware and HyperV. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and configuration problems on networks using HP, Cisco, Watchguard and SonicWall routers.

Leadership is required in implementation of infrastructure and server upgrade projects. You will develop and manage relations with new and existing customers. The job requires good customer relation skills, good English communications and an outgoing personality with self discipline. You must be well organized with good time management and have the ability to work as a team member without supervision.

Education: You should have acquired a technical post secondary education and Server +, CCNA, MCSE or MCITP certification

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of computer technical support experience with servers.
